      Good 401k match, hybrid, potential good bonus if company doing good

      Cons

      Madrid, other countries cant be let go, will always be promoted, get paid leave and more vacation. Hybrid but sit in online meetings. constant resturcturing. competing against anyone your level

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
