      Lots of company/social events, big name clients, great people, alleged opportunities to move across OMG agencies, access to OMG resources

      Cons

      Overworked activation team Partnership with OMD/PHD can go either way Limited exposure to anything outside of activation (just setting up campaigns after campaigns) Most teams won’t have opportunities to face clients
