The environment is toxic. This business is like an old boys' club, you are either in or not. Favoritism was key here. If you are in good Grace, then you are bulletproof. Gossip rules and is valued from the head down and employees are disrespected by others. Managers believe you are a cog int he machine and could care less about the toxic environment and keep everyone in the dark. This one is a sinking ship. Swim away!
