Pros

this is a good job for young adults/teens to earn some extra cash. most of the customers were very pleasant.

Cons

start the shift at 7:30 am - 1:00 with no rest breaks. periods of long standing with no breaks. The managers would buy their breakfast and take a rest break but did not care about giving cahiers one(. I dont expect to be paid to take a rest break.)..management and coworkers do not take the time to train you on the register. They put you on the register alone to figure it out, plus the shift manager always seemed mad if she was called. The shift manager I worked with was always miserable. they go through cashiers at the rite aid in harrington. that should of been a sign for me before applying.
