Pros

Flexable Schedule, good store manager at least in my store... I really think it is hit or miss depending on which store you work in. one of the only reasons i havent jumped ship to a competitor is that I have been at this store for so long I know many of the customers by name. so I guess it just depends on which store you work at.

Cons

Compensation is low compared to competitors... associates of all levels are excessively micro-managed. If you are a member of management you will be called to the front nearly every two minuites as rite aid requires a managers approval for virtually everything on the register. They would rather make a customer wait than trust a cashier to void a 59 cent candy bar

work life balance, team mentality, treated like a person,decent benefits, pay was enough
