      Never get bored, always have plenty to do, salary is good, benefits are good

      Cons

      Managers with decent communication skills are the exception, not the norm; work load is excessive; work / life balance is poor, because the work load is so high and timelines are seriously aggressive. Cultural values are great, but generally only get "lip service."

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
