      Pros

      Amazing mission. Very wide variety of personality types. Interaction with broad base of disciplines, from engineering to medical to business to marketing.

      Cons

      Always reorganizing. Not that it is bad, it's just that very few people actually understand how things work from beginning to end. Lack of training.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
