      Pros

      It was a great work environment, with friendly people and job opportunities at the end of the internship. In Penzberg, there was a boarding house to make it easier to find an accommodation.

      Cons

      A few. I would have stayed longer if not for the location which was not convenient for me.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
