Pros
Collaborative culture, passionate colleagues who clearly care about patients, and lots of opportunities within the organisation
Cons
With such a big company, it can be difficult to know who might already be working on what - so there can be a risk of work duplication. This is something we're aiming to change but we're not quite there yet.

Terrible managers
Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out.
Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
