      High salaries (as manager), recognition, great products, best place on the local market

      Cons

      A permanent conflictual environment, with the local managers focused on their conflict rather on their people, arbitrary promotions and work recognition. Is not a place to be recommended (Bucharest office only!!)

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
