Big Company All of the great benefits that working for a large company should bring (inc. Company Car, Health Insurance etc.) Really nice offices
Cons
Slow to get anything done Some horrible managers MBOs - This is a work that you need to do outside of your day-to-day job... for most people at Roche, their day-to-day job takes longer than the 37.5 hours you're paid for... then to try and fir MBOs just adds insult to injury.
