Terrible Recruiting Experience - Anonymous employee Roche Employee Review

Unless you are management and above, you are treated like a doormat, rarely recognized or rewarded for your work, and way underpaid compared to other companies. Also, if you plan to apply for a job at Roche, be prepared for the recruiting/interview process to drag out 2+ months and have to reach out to the recruiter on a weekly basis to get a status update. Absolutely ridiculous for it to take that long.
