      Friendly people, good equipment and structure

      Cons

      The company is having problems to keep the numbers and they are cutting people out. No layoffs in Germany yet but nobody with a limited contract is staying in. Nobody cares about it. They are all stressed and worried.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
