Pros
Cool people, easy work, good hours. only good benefits if you get off contract and become a roche employee (only happens if you have a family member apart of managment or in a supervisor role)
Cons
Lack of engineering support depending on area of service. Not good benefits as contractor. Poeple deserving of Roche positions get overlooked on a regular basis for people related to managment until their contract expires and they get fired. No notice of contract expiration or extension.
