My team offered good flexibility. The work we did was meaningful.

-Safety was not taken seriously -No room for growth -Leadership was not action-oriented -We had a volatile employee that put other employees and patients in danger and HR would not let us part ways with her. Good employees ended up leaving as a result. -Major process issues that caused bottlenecks in various departments -I was not offered an exit interview upon leaving
