Pros
If you are working for the right manager, RA is a decent place to work . . . good work/life balance, effective performance reviews, opportunities within your current position, etc.
Cons
The benefits are sub-par compared to other F500 companies of their size; there are no real opportunities for advancement unless you want to move to Milwaukee or Cleveland; the morale is EXTREMELY low right now to do the business downturn & high number of RIF's; good ole' boys network still in place.
