Rockwell has a nice team of people that work well together. There was a genuine sense of working together, and I was not aware of major tensions between people or groups. Support, Development, QA, and Consulting all work well together. A good measure of whether co-workers really get along is to see if they hang out together after work, and I found that people often did get together on Friday nights and had a good time together.
