      The culture is amazing! Been here a year now and they are highly focused on helping you grow as an individual. Haven’t seen any bias towards employees. Pay is good, similar to market average

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
