Rollins is actively working on modernizing our culture, enhancing benefits, and creating more growth opportunities across the company. Unfortunately, we have had some turnover last year due to some organizational changes, however, that is not the norm with our company, as most of our employees have quite a long tenure with us 5, 10 years and beyond. We also value transparency and recognize the importance of supporting our team members through every stage of their careers and therefore we have implemented "Town Hall" meetings on a regular basis so we can get a better understanding of how our employees are feeling as we continue to build a positive work environment.
