Pros

Not too much. Old fashioned culture. If you like comfort this is for you. If you are on last leg of your career, go for it.

Cons

-Bad benefits -Management are ruthless. They made a public display of laying off 50+ ppl who had deep experience with the company. - No career path. No really growth opportunities. You have to do your time elsewhere to get a senior or management position here

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your insights. Rollins is actively working on modernizing our culture, enhancing benefits, and creating more growth opportunities across the company. Unfortunately, we have had some turnover last year due to some organizational changes, however, that is not the norm with our company, as most of our employees have quite a long tenure with us 5, 10 years and beyond. We also value transparency and recognize the importance of supporting our team members through every stage of their careers and therefore we have implemented "Town Hall" meetings on a regular basis so we can get a better understanding of how our employees are feeling as we continue to build a positive work environment. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of being at Rollins has been the culture and the people, especially working in the corporate office. There’s a genuine effort to make the workplace feel welcoming and fun. Peers do a great job organizing events like Popcorn Wednesdays and celebrating important moments throughout the year, so there’s almost always something going on that brings people together. What also stands out is how much emphasis is placed on recognition. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones don’t go unnoticed, which makes you feel seen and appreciated. Those small gestures go a long way and really help create a sense of community. It makes you feel like the work you’re doing matters and that you’re a valued part of the team.

Cons

I really don’t have many complaints, other than wishing PTO could roll over into future years instead of being use‑it‑or‑lose‑it.

Pros

Remote position after initial training

Cons

Less than equal treatment across the specific team in regard to schedules/shift bidding. Compensation inadequate and far less then equal or fair across the team. Opportunity is not a thing of transparency here for those performing above expectation, but is selective in a teachers pet fashion.
