Great group of people to work for, nice employee discounts. Colleagues who worked there were able to advance to managerial, key holder, and head office roles
Cons
Office Employees from the Roots Head Office make frequent visits to the Yorkdale Mall location and expect to be treated like gods. They don't always treat retail sales associates well. The sales goals per shift could be outrageous at times. Shifts would be sporadic
