Pros
Salary was decent US law firm pay. Free lunch on Wednesdays. Good exposure for junior associates
Cons
High attrition rate for partners and associates. Limited career progression. You can be there for several years and still not feel integrated into the firm. Partners aloof and rarely engage with associates and staff. Would not recommend past 3.5 PQE. Very few people get made up to partner.
