      Pros

      Really great policies that meet or beat the market for the lawyers. People are smart and some of the attorneys are nice. Being in the mall is convenient but also a hassle and extremely expensive if you need to drive.

      Cons

      Some administrative teams are a mess. Management plays favorites and work is unevenly distributed. Any team under HR is political and some managers are better than others (and some are awful). Pay is above market but don’t count on work life balance- just work and lots of it.

      Space on some floors remains a challenge. Food options improved nearby but still not right next door.
