Our leadership and corporate coworkers contact each and every branch regularly and we welcome coworkers to share their concerns when contacted by any member of the management team of corporate leadership. But it would be inappropriate to call each branch and ask "is it really okay where you are?" That would make for an awkward situation on both parts, in addition to the fact that all coworkers work in open areas and would likely not feel comfortable to discuss any work culture concerns they are experiencing. Instead, we survey every single coworker and commit to reading every single sentence of feedback. We over-communicate and over-stress the extreme importance of the survey. It is your opportunity to give us frank feedback on how things are going for you personally. You can even reveal issues at the branch level so that we can address them without revealing who you are (but still making it known that there is a local issue to address).
