Pros
Roth Staffing has several branches, but I work with the Ultimate Staffing Branch. The company provides you with all the tools you need to be successful at your job and doesn’t hesitate to provide you with new or extra material, if needed. There are several opportunities for growth within the company and you will be coach and guided in the direction that you would like to grow. Also, the work-life balance is the best and the occasional health or activity challenges are amazing! It’s never a dull day within the company and my branch alone. You are not just a number or an employee, but you feel like a member of a large family. The values and culture of this company are remarkable and always improving to make sure that every employee, ambassador and client has the best experience.
Cons
The downside to this company....well if I'm ever offered another position outside of this company or if they tried to let me go, it would be hard to leave. Honestly, the only con would be the office décor, but that's about it.
