We're proud that we have many benefits and programs that most companies do not offer in the staffing industry and glad to see that it's the one thing you list as a "pro." We would like to be able to address any issues that coworkers feel are a result of preferential treatment? The only coworkers related to the Roth family are the family owners of the company in the corporate office. Growth and development are a priority for our organization and we have genuinely tried to create an Atomic System and processes that allow a direct path for all field coworkers to grow. We rally behind internal promotions instead of hiring outside for management positions and, new this year, we created a career growth program for corporate coworkers. We truly hope every coworker feels they have opportunity.
