Do yourself a favor and work for anyone else in staffing BUT Ledgent/Roth Staffing - Anonymous employee Roth Staffing Employee Review

The management doesn't really listen to the staff. They will make you believe they are listening but it's just hot air. They consistently demand more and make you feel poorly if you don't produce at high levels with limited staff and support. There will be no true flexibility in quality of life even though they will tell you in the interview all the Mission, Vision, Value stuff. Don't believe it for a minute. They don't actually practice what they preach.
