The pay is good. The jobs is enjoyable and rewarding.
Cons
Management. The people in charge are horrible. They pick and choose who the like and who they don't. It doesn't matter how hard you work if they don't like you you'll never go anywhere. They will backstab you and lead you into situations to make you look bad. And if you dare to actually shine because of your work you manager will make sure you're look like a fool. Manager used to randomly call at 0200 and if you didn't answer it was a right up. Expect you to always be on call.
