      Pros

      Shop has a tremendous amount of talent. Techs all get along very well with great spirit and a sense of co-operation.

      Cons

      Shop management offers little if any support. Huge amount of discourse between departments. Have to work Saturdays even if there is not enough work for the shift you get to stand around clocked onto "Building Maintenance" or unpaid time. No product training made available or encouraged at the albuquerque location.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
