      Pros

      Rush is a financially solid corporation, and pays a fair salary.

      Cons

      Senior management is obssesed with surrounding themselves with yes-men and/or family members with limited to no experience. Promotions are realtively unheard of from within, so if you take a position with Rush, you'd better like it. You'll be there until somebody's brother-in-law needs a job.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
