Pros

I thought when I first hired it was a good company to work for...about then after a week started having my doubts when my third shift supervisor was pushing me to get certified for de-loc put away...then realized why...so I could be forced to work overtime even when there was nothing to put away..so if you decide to take a job there be prepared to work 60 hours a week..and work from 10 at night until 10:30 in the morning...it isn't worth the pay...

Cons

The people there have shity attitudes...and think that they own a fork truck...so if your a new hire be prepared to get kicked off one or you will get a attitude from him or her....and try to mind your own business....no one there is your friend...SO don't share any thing personal....also you will be rushed to be certified on either unloading or checking or sequencing....don't be preserved into it...they can't force you to...because once your certified on a job there be prepared to work twelve hour days weather you want to or not....also management does not care if you have can't or if you don't want to or not..and be prepared to be on third shift for 3 to 5 years... seniority is everything there...so think twice about working there and ask questions about being forced to work overtime even if you can't....so be careful management has a answer for everything...

Pros

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Cons

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
