    Challenging environment; many very strong resources to learn from; opportunities for broadening skillsets through internal movement and advancement

    Cons

    Staffed thinly so no buffer when issues arise resulting in longer hours and fire drills; employees don't always feel that efforts are appreciated.

    Learn the basics of logistics with very nice coworkers that are very supportive

    Cons

    If the company is under pressure they will make you work Saturday and Sunday. The pay is low and would not recommend for people who have received college degrees or have a lot of experience.
