Pros

1. Good pay and benefits 2. Flexible management that is considerate of people needing to take time off for personal reasons (also a con because some people take advantage of this flexibility) 3. Good company reputation 4. Good experience, lots of training & development opportunities provided 5. Pretty laid back environment depending on to the department you're in

Cons

1. Company led by marketing decisions & rewards marketers for launching new products, even if there is plenty of evidence to prove the new products will likely fail 2. No sick policy - have seen some people really take advantage of the system 3. Like most companies, very political atmosphere - more about who you know and network with that leads to job promotions, not skills or capability... must have a very high tolerance to see this go on and want to stay here 4. Very passive aggressive organization - people avoid direct feedback. As much as management touts that they want to encourage direct feedback, they don't react well when they hear it 5. Lots of people "sneaking by" with their jobs (at least in sales), from an outsider perspective you wonder how some people got to the level they are at when they CLEARLY lack the skills and dedication to get there

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
