      Only positives are some of the wonderful benefits that amazingly still exist.

      Cons

      Morale! Understaffed, overworked, and undervalued. Upper mgt. Constantly looking to finger point - while putting on a façade of caring. The company is still riding on the shirt tails of past reputation.

      First, thank you for writing a review. We know 10+ years is a long time to give to any employer, and we appreciate it. It sounds like you’re pretty frustrated, too. It’s true there are some areas in the company that have seen changes and where morale is still coming back. We want to make sure we get to the right place, where people feel valued and feel like their ideas and experience matter. We’re sorry you haven’t been feeling that. We’ll pass your advice along.

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
