Pros
Some good people remain and can still work for the company success and understand the importance of shared targets to make things happen.
Cons
Reluctance to change even after the transformation. Transformation (fancy another wave?!) caused uncertainty Best people have left and/or will leave soon No long-term vision is shared at any level No serious development plans and trainings any longer Sr Management insist on a new culture, all I see is best people let down and leaving
