      Good Company, Lot of Bonus as Retention, Tech advancement only if you are working under the director directly which only few people like 3 or 4 got it.

      Cons

      Management in bangalore is messed up. They torture employees like anything to get the work done. There are only 6 managers totally and not one person is good enough. Micromanagement. Some architects are even more worse. Principal architects are really bad. Either dont respond or they work completely in ngiht and we have to sit at 2AM in the morning to get clarification or PR approval

      -Great people and management -lots of emphasis on professional development -Snacks, Coffee & many events all the time. - Nice location

      Cons

      -Older workstations (Needs upgrades) -Senior management needs to listen to managers, sometimes we have better solutions, not always but sometimes we do.
