      Good company with great technology that needs to expand its product footprint quickly to remain competitive with other players in the market

      Cons

      Still going through adjustments as a part of Danaher . Culture needs to be improved as despite their efforts it is a political working environment.

      -Great people and management -lots of emphasis on professional development -Snacks, Coffee & many events all the time. - Nice location

      Cons

      -Older workstations (Needs upgrades) -Senior management needs to listen to managers, sometimes we have better solutions, not always but sometimes we do.

      Cons

      Management and cycling of personnel. Focus on one product and making it fit to others. Quality of parts and instruments suffers due to cost cutting
