Management is terrible - Microbiology operations technician SGS Employee Review

Terrible management - overlooked sexual harassment in the workplace reported several times by several female members of staff. Management announced 2 members of staff's pregnancies to the team without permission (staff had to disclose early due to working with hazardous chemicals) and one ended in miscarriage which was traumatic for the staff member. Staff overworked with unrealistic expectations - we were supposed to finish at midnight but would quite often go until 2 or 3 am to get everything finished. Surely hire more staff...? Also the samples would regularly be contaminated with e. Coli - potentially not the most hygienic setting which isn't ideal for a laboratory..
