      -only had to work weekdays -was allowed to go home when there was no work -manager was great and accommodating

      Cons

      -not a lot of movement in company, made permanent or upward employment unlikely -manager was less involved so a lot of management came from coworkers

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
