      Individuelle Arbeitszeitgestaltung möglich, viel Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung, interessante Aufgabengebiete und keine strenge Trennung zwischen Labor und Büro (Auswerten), somit hat man viel Abwechslung und es wird einem nie langweilig

      Cons

      Das größte Manko ist das eher unterdurchschnittliche Gehalt für einen Chemielaboranten, in der chemischen Industrie kann locker 25% mehr verdient werden

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.
