      Cons

      Non-stop job: week-ends, night time. Could be force to work without rest during days being on board of a problematic ship.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
