      Was busy . Good steady income , on the low side for work performed .

      Work outside . Gravel pad , spiders , snakes , rabbits , prairie dog town , tumbleweeds .

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
