      Pros

      The local people are great and really want to make things better and see the business grow.

      Cons

      They've had 3 VP's in less than three years. The turnover company wide is terrible. The set up of all the locations is so out of balance, size wise, that no matter how well any one location is doing, or how much opportunity is available, the flagship location is a bleeding artery and taking the ship down, real fast.

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
