      Pros

      It is a noble business that allows you to broaden your industry specific experience. Think it has a lot of business potential but not quiet sure they have realized it.

      Cons

      MD at the time I worked there was managing the business as if it was a grocery store in terms of leadership. If did not like anyone, that person would have benn dismissed in the most terrible way. Hiring conditions where completely out of Law abidance. HR leadership was simply awful.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
