      Pros

      Management is good and supportive. Office timing is good.

      Cons

      increment is very poor. Bonus is also varies. No promotions. You will get promotion after 5-6 years of hard work.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
