      Coworkers are great and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      30 minutes lunch break. Low wages compared to other jobs in the science field. Little gratitude and flexibility in return for extra work done.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
