      Pros

      The people are very friendly, and very accommodating. It was a low stress environment with no unreasonable deadlines that had to be meet.

      Cons

      They did testing for coal companies, and while I was there someone tried to come in and start a union. Management went to great lengths to avoid this and pretty much called a meeting and said our jobs would be lost if we signed the card supporting the union effort.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
