      It is a good platform for learning and get the experience.

      Cons

      Pay does not compensate for the amount of work, long hours. There is a struggle to find a work/Life Balance.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
