Pros
The company offers decent health benefits. They also have paid Holidays. A tuition reimbursement plan was also offered with prior management approvals.
Cons
The company as a whole was entirely profit driven to a fault. There was a mantra of being employee focused, but that was not the reality. Employee morale was very low. Salaries were low...... Management was constantly changing, there was no consistency. You would get familiar with a manager's style, then they would be replaced.
