      Some good people in operational positions

      Salary Benefits - Yes they have pension, healthcare etc but with minimum standards A culture that information is power so it is not shared Spending money is always seen as a cost and not an investment, I had numerous training requests turned down.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
