basically everything. low benefits, no respect for employees, no appreciation and no support from management. Management is just focused on making money when they actually waste money on hiring people and don't intend on keeping existing people in the company by paying and treating them fairly. lacks training and doesn't promote learning and only penalizes mistakes and lacks understanding on their lack of management skills
